Ok, I'm sure I may have missed some of the info lately but I'm sure I saw that they were making this "announcement" in August and here it is the first week of September is pretty much by us and still nothing. I just like it when people actually do what they say they will do.

No, the person (or people) that run the SFGADV facebook had said there would be an announcement in August.

BTW, do we have any confirmation on a September 8th announcement? Or is that a rumor?

CoasterFusion said it will be announced on September 8th. I said it like he knew - but I'm not sure if there's a set date for the announcement.

There's already a blog post for today ... is this a bad thing? He said there'll be guest bloggers for Friday ... I wonder what that means!

I guess we'll figure it all out soon - I know about the stand-up, but what I'm really eager to know is whether or not it will have theming, and whether or not other flat rides will come with it. Hopefully Shapiro's package of flat rides survived the change of management.

Well normally, the guest blogger is just a blog post about someone that has an interesting job at Six Flags. (The last guest blogger was the mechanic/carpenter that works on the Texas Giant)

There's a new facebook poll. This time it's about street entertainment. Most of the stuff is basic, like dancers, stilt walkers, Mr. Six Party, etc. But one nice one was Street Performers, like gunfighters and such, and that's what I had voted for.

Probably just meetings in the new office? But there also was just the flood at SFOT so maybe they could be helping out with that?

There are pictures on APA. It just looks like it just made a big mess knocking trash cans over, etc. It didn't look like there was much damage and I can't believe they would have people travel from NJ to help pick up trash cans.
