I've been trying to figure this out, but never faced this problem before. I'm planning a trip to the park in April with a friend who is quite tall - about 7'0". I'm assuming this will pose some ridership issues on certain coasters - maybe KK, GL, Superman, etc. Does anyone know for sure? Which rides likely have height limits, and what are those limits?

Hmm, good question. There aren't any maximum height limits listed on the park's site, but I'm sure there are some for certain rides. I think your best bet would be to call the park. My guess is that he wouldn't be able to ride GL, SUF, or BTR, and he might have some troubles with Ka, Toro, and Bizarro.

Well here we are again

Kingda Ka's maximum height limit is 6' 4" or 6' 5", if your head is above the headrest it isn't safe.
I don't think Green Lantern has a height limit but if he is too tall for the restraint to lock than they won't be able to ride.
I think some other coasters like Runaway Mine Train will also be problematic, I'm 6' 1" and unless I sit in the front row of a car, I barely have enough leg room. Skull Mountain also has more leg room in the last row of each car.

I thought Bizarro had like a certain row for taller people, like the middle row or something was for people who were a little taller then others.

I went to SF about two years with my cousin, who is close to that height. It mostly depends if the person has broad shoulders for rides with restrains that go over your shoulders, so Bizarro and Batman may or may not be possible. I suggest trying out the testing seats at each ride to be completely sure before riding. The only one I can possibly say would be okay would be Skull Mountain.

It's one of the middle seats in row 5, it has 2 seatbelts instead of 1 that are more to the sides than the center of the restraint so it can be higher up that a regular restraint and still be buckled.
There is a picture of the modified seat here with it on the left and a regular seat on the right:
