[Coaster]

Okay, for those of you that don't know this. I love carnivals. I love the whole concept of a ride being able to move from state to state etc.
They also run some of the craziest programs alive!

Most of all though, this is the the main reason why I love them...

This my friends is the frog hopper made by S&S. This ride IS NOT suppose to get stuck at the top. Well, lets just say it got stuck at the top. The carnies were all there trying to fix the ride (about ten of them). They could not get the ride down, so they tried to climb up the ride and attempt to push it down. This did not work so they were ready to get the kids off with a ladder...Hamilton cops said they were nuts and that did not work. After about almost twenty minutes they were able to get the ride down with nobody getting hurt.





This is nothing. The one guy was standing underneath the ride while they were trying to push it down. Another had their hand where the cables are while they were pushing it down.

I haven't been to a carnival in probably over 10 years. I used to like them when I was a little kid but I really feel unsafe at them now especially since it seems like safety sometimes appears to be a 2nd thought.

Definitly how I feel, although many people tend to disagree. For some reason, I can't see the pics, it might just be my computer.

It was a picture of the ride itself and a picture of a carnie climbing up the ride like a monkey...

I have no weird Carnie shots, but I just went to the Staten Island Mall Carnival, and the Fireball (included in my PTR) looks so unsafe, along with this unnamed roller coaster that looked like a garbage can on wheels. It literally sparked, and the entire structure shook violently when a car passed along the track.

But of course I rode it =P

IMO, any carnival that doesn't have at least one of these two rides isn't worth going to:

OMFGZ teh gravitron is the greatest ride ever!

Many days of my youth have been me hanging upside down on those walls!

The Gravitron? I think nearly every carnival company has one of those rides. I've been to about 10 fairs this year and maybe 2 didn't have a Gravitron. They're cheap, they are portable as heck, they have a high thrill factor and a large midway presence.
