I would prefer riding the tube upward vertically, rather than go down Tornado. Both would be nice though.

^Same. Its been awhile since I've been to Hurrican Harbor. I've just decided why go and pay admission for HH, while I can get coasters AND slides at a better water park in wildwater kingdom along with Dorney Park all for one price. I will definitely go once this year just to ride tornado, and see whats different in the park in the last 4,5,6 years.

I'm not really the water park kind of person... too many people and having to wait on the stairs, etc. is a pain in the a$$ However, the only time I would actually go is when it rains (not thundering, too). That's when there's nobody at the park.

What really sucks about wildwater kingdom is that like every other cedar fair park, closes almost everything in the rain. The only thing I can think of that they didn't close last time was the kids play area.

Wow.... this is like the least-talked-about new addition ever. It's funny not getting every-day-updates. I hope it's kind-of themed, because HH is a nicely-themed water park but this general thing could mess it up... and by that, I mean, for freaks like me who like theming a lot. It'll be a good addition to the park either way.

I haven't gotten over to HH yet, but I can't wait to this year.

With a new addition to HH that they haven't seen in years, I'm surprised there hasn't been a lot of marketing. (Besides being the second home page on the Hurricane Harbor Website).

I wonder if Tornado will have the WhirlyWHEEl tube for 2 people as well as the CloverLeaf design.

According to the SF Website, Our Tornado will have a waterfall finale!

Because it isn't really a "big" addition. Most parks already have these. You can't theme a Tornado really.

^^ I don't think the WhirlyWheel tubes would be necessary. I've seen CloverLeaf tubes go down Tornado slides with just two people on them.

And the waterfall finish isn't really special. I know High Anxiety at Mountain Creek has one. High Anxiety's drop is probably the best on a Tornado slide IMO.
