I wonder who's going to manufacture these bumper cars.

EARTH TO MEMBERS, EARTH TO MEMBERS

The Musik Express that was formally in our park no longer resides there.
It was sold, sold, sold! Gone, vanished, eliminated from the park.

I'm actually interested to see how they are going to pull this scrambler off.
Will it be like Centrifuge down at Sea Side? Damn, I sure hope so.

And the Bumper Cars I believe are just being moved from Old Country (nice re-marketing strategy).

Actually, they are brand-spanking new Bumper cars, or at least that is what I read over at Great Adventure History by one one of the admins..

Those types of rides are still manufactured. Chances are that it will eventually come back in 2013 or later.

Pros:
Two additional rides (SBNO currently)
Access to Movietown through Old Country
No more useless cabanas

The cabanas have not been there all year, or at least since I was last there.

Actually, Musik express is in plain site from the entrance path to the park. you can even see the large "Musik Express" lettering.

Also, according to GAH, the bumper cars are brand new, thank god, because the old ones ran like :censored: .

Our Musik Express even looked like trash in 1998. I don't mind if it's a new one.

Move everything from Old Country and open up the Dive Machine we been wanting ;) haha. Well I can't say that I'm super excited for these additions but I am happy that we will be gaining some sort of flat rides. This 150' gets me just like it ticks everyone else :indifferent0023: But nonetheless, Six Flags is prepping up for the future of our park, I can see it already. Hopefully :innocent0002:

Those bumper cars did have the (uniterrupted) largest floor in the world. I say uninterrupted since SFGAm's had the track to go around in the middle and is bigger :P.

Those classic bumper cars are like the classic Lusse ones at Knoebels.

WOW! This is great news! I am very excited for the changes in 2012! Yes, the swing ride is only 150 feet tall compared to Cedar Points Windseeker at 350 but still, we are getting the flats we've been asking for! I think all of the moves being made are smart to keep the park financially sound... I just have a few questions-

-Is the drop slides going to be the existing speed slides we have at the harbor?
-Who is the manufacturer of the swing ride and where is it going?
-Are we getting brand new bumper cars or the old ones from old country?

Adam, the Musik Express is still there. It actually suffered a lot of damage during the Hurricane.

^Yeah, you are right. There are pictures of it on GAH.

-They are being added onto "The Falls" in HH.
-The manufacture of SkyScreamer is Funtime. They are the same people that made SlingShot.
-The rumor implies totally new bumper cars for Evolutions pad.

While its good to finally see a flat package....once again the most profittable six flags park gets screwed 150' is ridiculous for us. Why as the most profittable park in the chain have we not had a major investment in our park since 2006?! I really need someone to explain this to me. Guaranteed SFGam will surpass us next year.
