Superman movies just never catch on for some reason. He should stick to being a roller coaster.

Yeah, that's the point. They don't catch on as much as the other super hero movies. Maybe after a possible Justice League movie, more people will go to Superman movies. After watching Avengers, I'll definitely watch new Thor and Iron Man movies.

While Nolan did leave the film to work on Dark Knight Rises, the original idea that was pitched as one that impressed him, and if it impressed him, I'm sure it'll impress me. I just hope Zach Snyder doesn't screw it up like he did with Suckerpunch.

The first thirty seconds looks like a commercial for the deadliest catch...

I watched Man of Steel

And honestly, I have no idea whether I think it's terrible or an OK movie.

Maybe this is the type of movie that I need to see again in the theater.

Hey, I thought it was an amazing movie. I know the critics were saying it wasn't a good movie due to the fact that it didn't follow the comic book to a T. I personally thought that this movie was better than some of the movies in the TDK trilogy, and that's saying something.

I saw it Friday night, and gave it a few days to sink in before I decided whether or not I truly liked it. I came to the conclusion that it's one of my favorite action movies I've seen. The movie starts off intense right from the start, and even it's dull parts are entertaining. The movie flowed really well in my opinion. The side roles, such as the two fathers, were amazing, and made the movie feel more than just focused on Kent.

The guy who plays Zod (I can't remember his name), plays an awesome d-bag, just like he did in Premium Rush. I may be alone in saying this, but I'm glad Kryptonite wasn't used, because when it is, the movies become tacky. It goes from Superman, to Superbit...

Overall, Man of Steel was a great movie. It pulled in $125 million in box offices, which is great for the thought of sequels and other DC movies coming out, along with the rumored Justice League movie.
