Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is a beatiful separate-admission water park located adjacent to Six Flags Great Adventure. Upon entering the gates of Hurricane Harbor, you are transported to a lost island full of wonderous adventure.
There is a "legend" of the founding of Hurricane Harbor by Professor Copernicus T. Potter, who discovered the island while searching of the fountain of youth. The Island was inhabited by the friendly Bada Bing Tribe and their leader, King Kukoo KaChoo. Every corner of the park is filled with great touches, which contribute to the atmosphere. Copernicus Potter brought the island many fantastic inventions, which are visible throughout the park.
Take It Ee Zee Creek is one of the longest lazy rivers in the world and serves as a mode of transport throughout the park. There are many great slides, a wave pool, kids discovery area and even volley ball courts. When you get hungry, the park offers several snack bars and even a sit-down restaurant. |
